Mourjan works hard to prevent and identify scammers and fraudulent users/postings.

In order to achieve a safer platform, Mourjan does not provide an option for user’s account deletion and keeps collected user data (name, email, verified phone number, postings, etc...) for six months after user inactivity (last visit).

After six months of inactivity, all user’s related data will be automatically deleted from our servers.

The sole reason for withholding collected user data for a year is to enable Mourjan to identify and resolve any disputes that may arise from an aggrieved user or any law enforcement agency.
