Duties and Responsibilities Monitor lease and sales contracts, record them in the accounting system, and link them to actual revenue. Follow up on tenant payments and contract renewals, and issue delay notifications when necessary. Manage landlords’ and clients’ accounts, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of monthly or periodic returns. Prepare financial and performance reports for the General
