Accountant required to work at a bakery and flour mill; preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food industry. Duties include: monitoring daily accounts, sales, purchases, and expenses; closing and reconciling shift, cash box, and bank accounts; monitoring inventory, stocktaking, spoilage, and product costs; preparing profit and loss reports and analyzing strengths and weaknesses; following up on value-added tax (VAT) and corporate tax; and providing financial advice to reduce costs and increase profits.
