An internal sales and customer follow-up representative is required to work at Al-Etimad Al-Dhahabi Company for Government Transactions Clearance – Ajman. We are not just looking for someone to reply to messages; we need someone who knows how to turn a lead coming from the ad into a serious phone call, an office visit, and an actual sale. Duties: - Respond to customers coming from sponsored ads. - Understand the customer's need and direct them to the appropriate service. - Continuously follow up with unresponsive or hesitant customers.
