Direct contracting opportunity – a project of 12 buildings. We are looking for maintenance companies and subcontractors to contract for works within an ongoing project in Dubai. The project consists of 12 buildings, with large and continuous quantities of work. Excellent rates are offered, provided by the main contractor, with direct contracting to the project. Available scopes include blockwork, plastering, and other contracting works in large quantities. Important note: contracting with the project is subject to an agreed brokerage commission.
