We are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Partner to join and manage a fast - growing cafeteria concept in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who understands the tea shop/ quick - service cafeteria model and is capable of handling both daily operations and business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee day - to - day cafeteria operations Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
