We are looking for a chef with comprehensive knowledge of authentic Yemeni traditional dishes, such as (Adeni chicken zurbian, meat zurbian, meat mandi, chicken mandi, meat madhbi, chicken madhbi, pressed camel meat, pressed chicken). He must also have a solid understanding of the recipes and costing required to achieve a truly unique flavor. In addition, he should have sufficient work experience, the ability to take on responsibilities, and to carry out tasks in line with the company's future goals and vision.
