We are looking for a female Customer Service Representative (Call Center). Experience of at least 1-2 years in any country is required. Tasks: Answering phone calls and emails - Handling customer inquiries via phone and email - Searching for required information using available resources - Managing and resolving customer complaints - Entering new customer information into the system - Updating existing customer information - Processing orders, forms, and requests.
