Wanted: an existing bookstore or stationery shop for takeover/lease. I am looking for a ready-to-operate bookstore or stationery shop, including the goods and equipment, on a guaranteed-lease basis, whereby I will manage and operate it in return for a fixed monthly amount paid to the shop owner. The amount is to be agreed upon in proportion to the shop's income and volume of work, and should be reasonable and suitable for both parties.
