Wanted: a Manakish (flatbread) maker to work at an upscale restaurant in Madinah, Sari Street. Requirements: good experience in preparing, assembling, and baking all types of manakish. Applicants must hold a valid residence permit (Iqama) and be present in Madinah to take a practical test. A valid health certificate is preferred. Seriousness and commitment to work are required.
