It comes with 4 clean mattresses, a dresser with multiple drawers, 2 chairs, 1 nightstand, and a floor rug. The wardrobe is corner-shaped with 3 doors and doesn't take up much space. To be honest, the room is clean but needs some maintenance as shown in the pictures. A carpenter is required to disassemble and reassemble it.
