A project manager (civil engineer) is required. He must have 8 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in structural and finishing works, be able to prepare pricing, manage projects, and have experience in writing technical proposals, studying and producing execution drawings, preparing schedules, progress reports, and progress curves, quantity surveying, and cost calculation. He must hold a driving license, engineers' membership, and a transferable residence permit (iqama). He must be proficient in computer use and AutoCAD, Revit, SAP, and Time Frame software, and proficient in English.
