As a Customer Relations and Tele-Sales Officer, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will be responsible for building relationships, following up on leads, and turning inquiries into long-term partnerships with clients. Key responsibilities: making outbound calls to potential customers (SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs in the UAE), and managing and nurturing customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle.
