Wanted: Finishing & Contracting Engineer / Technician Job Responsibilities: - Supervise the execution of interior and exterior finishing works. - Manage and follow up on contracting projects, ensuring implementation according to plans and specifications. - Prepare and quantify Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and review execution drawings. - Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. - Prepare schedules and monitor work progress on site. - Monitor execution quality and ensure compliance with safety standards. - Submit periodic progress reports.
