I have over 15 years of experience as an executive chef, including 8 years as a production manager, out of a total of 30 years since graduating from the Faculty of Tourism. My portfolio includes openings, training and development programs, and consulting for numerous international hotels such as Mövenpick, Concord, and the Accor Group (Novotel), as well as many factories across Tunisia, France, Italy, and Saudi Arabia — more than 80 establishments and factories over the last fifteen years. The largest team I led comprised 250 workers in a factory.
